Solution:

Use web based email, such as Windows Live, Yahoo Mail, Gmail, Frontier Mail.

Or Install an email client such as MS Outlook or Thunderbird.

Windows 7 is A 32 Bit or 64 Bit Operating system:

On 32bit Computers, Memory limit is 4gb

On 64 bit computers. Memory is limited only by your motherboard.

If you use 64 bit OS you need to use 64 bit drivers for your hardware such as printers and scanners.

Windows 7 Professional and Ultimate Editions:

Try to install in Compatibility Mode first - Preference is to run in native win 7.

If your processor supports VT (Virturalism), make sure it is enabled in your BIOS then install 2 files. If it does not, you can try installing all 3 files recommended -
